App constantly says to get closer to a pickup location. Never lets you request a shuttle

Great app, needs update
I waited for a long time for this app to be available, however once I updated to iOS 13.2.2 the app started crashing, when I tried to delete it to reinstall again, the app doesn’t remove completely and I’m left with a non functional app that can’t reinstall, an update to the app will probably help this. Hope you guys have a release planned soon. Thanks!
