Paid for pro, but lost pro status?
I tried the app and loved it. I then got friends and family to download it so I could track each them on the slopes. I paid for Pro and then upgraded my phone and apparently lost Pro status. I now get an email that my pro membership is being automatically charged $26.99 in a few weeks. I havent had pro status for at least 6 months if not much longer. I just deleted the “subscription” but plan on using the app still. Hard to compete with bigger companies with a similar product when people pay for pro status and dont get what they pay for. Disappointing. Waste of money. Not like its really that much money but its the principle.
