My church has recently embraced Reformed Theology, and, as a result, has switched to a more Reformed doctrine of worship. To that end, we are learning to sing Psalms. Then I found this app. This changes everything! Fantastic resource!
I’ve led hymns at church for five years, and several times I’ve had people in the congregation approach me with the desire to learn harmony parts (a bit of a lost art in hymn-singing). The volume sliders on all the other parts are a fabulous touch, and allow the learner to gradually turn up the other parts over time as they gain confidence. Amazing app!
I didn’t know I was an alto until a couple years ago. Finding my range has made singing so much more comfortable! Now, thanks to this app, I’m making slow but steady progress toward harmonizing in church. So thankful it exists!
