It seems that many calculator apps these days have been infected with PEMDAS equation order of operations. PEMDAS is good for academia, but it isn’t useful in the real world where it is more common to need running totals. With SimpleCalc, you don’t have to worry about equation formulation just to get the answer you need. This app just works.
I like the calculator. I’d rather have larger numerals than have them all underlined. I’d also do without the 00 key to get a larger = key.
I bought this app because I wanted it to be ad free. I was wrong to assume that something I paid for does not save my calculation. Every time I open it the calculator is back to 0. I am disappointed.
