SifuTutor: Teach & Earn

This app often crashes. It's hard to navigate myself through the app or the features. Clocking in sometimes becomes an issue as I couldn't do so. Verifying hours suddenly shows that I did not earn anything for a whole month, while I know the parents have done so. To apply for new requests, I can't scroll to the bottom to see the rest of the new requests. this app lacks UX and it's always a chore to log into it. Please fix it to be more user friendly.

This is supposed to be the new upgraded app. But the old one is better. The new app takes a very long time to load even the first page. The request page takes even longer to load. When I view a request and go back to the list, it shows from the top of the list and the first tab. I need to re-select the tab I was looking at and scroll back down. I cannot cancel class now since there’s no cancel button. I cannot only clock in or postpone. I cannot update the class status after class. [Update]: It’s harder to rearrange schedule using the new app. Even if student requests to postpone class, I cannot postpone because now the app only allows to postpone within the invoice date. But cannot cancel as well. So how? The new app makes even a simple task of scheduling a class a lot harder.

The apps is taking tooo long to react. The loading time is way tooo long. Shouldn’t it be much smoother since it’s an upgrade version for the old apps? U should keep the manual class update since not all locations have good internet connection to clock in and clock out. To browse the job also inconvenient since it keep scroll back to the top when I apply for the job previously. The job filter doesn’t work and does not help me to narrow down the search at all
