Shopsy Shopping App - Flipkart

They are so careless ..as I ordered baby bedding set and they said order will deliver at 3 may and at that they delivery partner called and said you have to come collect your parcel at shopsy store because order is big so I can’t deliver at your home what is even point of online shopping and my address is there on my profile and then I texted on costumer care and they said call your delivery partner once to ask if he is coming or not I called him and ask he said I will not come some other guy will come to deliver your parcel at your home I said when he said till 5..6pm but my order isn’t here yet he just making excuses it’s very irritating what is even pleasing him to deliver my parcel at time this so bad service

I had a terrible experience with the Shopsy app. I ordered a T-shirt combo and received the wrong item. When I requested a replacement through the app, it created two separate replacement orders with different IDs. Now, the delivery person is asking me to return 4 T-shirts, which I obviously never received! To make things worse, when I contacted customer care, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They claimed there’s no replacement policy, even though the app itself initiated the replacement. Now they’re refusing to help and asking me to keep the wrong item! This kind of service is pathetic and completely unacceptable, especially coming from a Flipkart-backed platform. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using Shopsy. It’s a fraudulent and unreliable app that does not value its customers at all. Stay away!

*1/5 stars - AVOID SHOPSY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the utter INCOMPETENCE I've experienced with Shopsy, courtesy of Flipkart. I mean, what kind of service is this?! I ordered FIVE combos of Britt 11 perfume (50ml x 2 = 100ml each), but what did I receive? ONE. SINGLE. COMBO. Yes, you read that right! I paid for FIVE, but they decided to gift me with a whopping 80% discount... without my consent! But wait, it gets worst! When I tried to contact the customer care, I was treated to a masterclass in uneducated, unprofessional, and utterly unhelpful "service". They seemed more interested in defending their own incompetence than actually resolving my issue. The cherry on top? The delivery agent seemed to be suffering from a severe case of amnesia, conveniently forgetting the remaining FOUR combos I paid for. To anyone considering shopping on Shopsy, let this be a warning: ABANDON ALL HOPE. Flipkart, are you guys seriously okay with this level of service?! Do you need me to send you a dictionary to look up the meaning of "customer care"?! *UPDATE:* I'll be updating this review as I continue to "enjoy" the thrilling adventures of Shopsy’s customer care.
