I ordered m8 monitor since Oct 21st and the shipping status was not updated (it was at label created on ups) and ups didn’t receive physical shipment so I try to contacted customer service several times to follow my status and they confirmed me that I will receive item even the status was not updated and I have to wait for 10 business day (4 days delay from estimate delivery date in Samsung app). After I wait for 10 business days, I don’t receive my monitor and I try to contacted customer service again!!!! They said they will issue refund process and I will receive refund within 24 hours but I didn’t receive refund or any email to confirm and I try to contact them again and they said the refund status will show up in my bank account within 72 hours. But Now 72 hours and I don’t receive any refund!. I contacted customer service again and she told me to wait for 24 hours again!!!!! I don’t know why Samsung is very irresponsible and unprofessional. Now I wait for 14 days and i have to wait again and again. Don’t buy anything from Samsung!!!!
To start with the app is clunky at best which makes navigating it a pain. But, I’m willing to overlook that in order to still purchase the appliances I’m so looking forward to having. Now here’s my story: I’m looking to get a new Stove and Dishwasher. About a week ago I went online on my laptop to your website and applied for financing and was approved for $4200. However, to get the two appliances I wanted with installation and Samsung Care+, it would be $4400. (I am not getting appliances without the care plan and installation from the manufacturer, let’s be real). So yesterday afternoon I called to raise the credit limit and was successful to the tune of $7000. Great—so this morning I check on the app and sure enough, in the app it shows my raised credit limit. But here’s the problem: I can get the appliances but not the Samsung Care+ plan because it’s nowhere to be found on the app. And you must purchase the Samsung Care+ plan in the same cart as the appliance or you can never get it according to your website. Now when I go online to your website on my computer, it doesn’t show the raised credit. So I’m trying desperately to give you my money but y’all are making it incredibly difficult.
I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.
