The app has not been working from 28 July 2022. It always show the message “Check network connection condition” and cannot load the lock details. However, I have already checked my mobile phone network and my home Wi-Fi network. There is no issue. I wonder there is a network problem on the server side. Please fix the issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

This app only shows entries that came in using the Bluetooth app. It doesn’t show the times of entries that came in using password, fingerprint, or keycards. Suggest updating the software so that it can also let the app know the times and different types of entries other than Bluetooth (i.e., identifying if other entry times are keycard, fingerprint, or password entries).

My iPhone X suddenly can’t access this app! The app just quit every time when I want to access!! I didn’t upgrade my iOS yet when this happened, then I try to upgrade my iOS to lastest version and try again but it still fail!! This APP is REALLY POOR!! It was even so hard to register and delete users on the lock!! Wasting time!! Now I cannot access the app and I cannot delete my registration on the lock, if I reinstall the app, I need to make it as a new registration user!! And the registration users record only allow 8 users!! It’s easy to be full!! Can’t register anymore!!
