Shoffr: premium EV cabs

I’ve used this service twice, and both experiences have been excellent. The cars were clean and well-maintained, and the drivers were professional and reliable. In a market where many cab services fail to deliver on quality, Shoffr stands out as a safe and dependable option. I understand others may have had issues, but thankfully, I haven’t faced any problems. I truly hope this service continues to grow—it’s something the city really needs. Keep up the great work!

This was my third try with Shoffr and it was again a disappointment. There are hundreds of bugs in the app which make it nearly impossible to book a cab - i mean how are you expecting to do buisness when your app in incapable of taking a booking? For cases when i was able to book (that to for airport early morning flight), the guy just didn’t show up. Wouldn’t pick up call, wouldn’t cancel ride - just wont show up. Second time, it was an airport pickup and the cab was simply 60 mins late. Sure the car was nicer than others but not something necessity. Tried booking again and it wont accept a booking. Deleting the app, useless.

Review for Shoffr Cab Service: If I could give zero stars, I would. Shoffr Cab Service is an absolute disaster! I had a cab scheduled to take me to the airport, and just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they cancelled my booking, citing some vague “issue.” No explanation, no real apology, just a careless “we’ll arrange another cab in 40 minutes.” Are you serious? 40 minutes?! I had a flight to catch, and they couldn’t care less if I missed it. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. They clearly don’t understand the importance of punctuality, especially when it comes to airport drops. If you’re looking for reliability, do not use Shoffr. They will leave you stranded and shrug it off as if it’s no big deal. Never again.
