Totally not user friendly after updating! The starting time and expected stop time is not accurate. The user interface is not user friendly. The app also ask me to register my car model for better understanding my charging needs, but what’s the point of asking for license plate number? Does that affect charging needs?

Chargers as of last month seem to be breaking down frequently and no one bothers to fix them. If you pay ahead of time the refund takes forever and customer service is slow. Charging your car should not take 30 minutes talking to customer service. It should be seamless and hassle free. Furthermore refund after a lot of hassle doesn’t account for time wasted dealing with them. A LOT OF TIME WASTED. 由上個月開始，啲充電樁好似成日壞，完全冇人理冇人整。如果你預繳咗，退款等到頸都長，CS又慢到死。叉個電啫，唔應該要同CS講成半個鐘電話囉。個過程應該要好順暢、唔使煩先啱。仲有，搞一大輪先退得返錢，都補償唔到同SHELL周旋而浪費咗嘅時間。真係極度嘥時間！
