Nobody is over them thats what they understand they deactivated my account after I paid for premium plus within a week I kept on emailing them they do not reply and when you go online this scam app does not give your their physical office address or the customer care number the only way is you have to email them. Shaadi should be renamed as the most SHADIEST MATRIMONIAL Site ever. Very average, first does a terrible job of not matching nearby States in US and then the customer service will keep on calling and asking to join the Elite service and match with the same matches that do not match or have no interested in ever. Over the last 4 weeks, every time I match with 3-5 profiles, interest sent, get a text from the contact and then the profile on the opposite site gets deleted, who are these individuals, maybe fake Nigerian who Shaadi has collaborated with. Stay 100 miles away!
