Sheeshhhhh since the new update the app is 100 times better from what it used to be. It loads up way faster and interface is nicer too. Only issue is when i pull up the deals for any product and i search anything else straight from the top, the pop up from the deals from last product doesn’t go away automatically like it does on the website. I hope they’ll fix that too.

This app is easy to use unlike other distributors BUT I can’t tell you how many times I have deleted and reinstalled Proof. It just circles and circles and at times displays a plain white page. It’s frustrating when you are unable to access information in a timely manner.

This app has always been very slow but it at least got the job done eventually…until recently. This app has become total garbage. Every time I try to open the app, it goes into a never ending reboot loop and doesn’t open. The only way to fix this is to uninstall the app, reinstall and try again. Then I’m able to get an order in. That is, until the next time I need to use the app. For such a huge company, I guess I would expect just a little more investment into the customer-facing technology.
