Quick and easy to use. Personalized insights based on my core values. One of the few apps I think helps me which is why I keep using it.
My company uses this program to make it look like they care about the mental health of their employees, when in truth, they don’t. Checking into the app does nothing but record for your own records. If you report a bad day, it recommends you call someone else for help. Yet my company gets data from the program and uses it to misrepresent the mental health of their employees company as a whole in a quarterly newsletter. Kind of pointless if you ask me. More about optics than truly caring about mental health.
When I first started using Seity I did so because I thought my work wanted me to. Very soon I would realize how much I was benefiting from my daily interactions. The Seity app helped me take time and steps to focus on myself, my health and my overall wellbeing.
