I can’t cancel it it’s not appearing in my subscriptions and I emailed them and never got a message back if I could give zero stars I would and when I went to identify seeds it was wrong because I bought the seeds and it’s saying apple and I get even grow those in my region

I bought this app five minutes ago paid 20 bucks for the pro and I’ve taken five pictures and every time I take a picture it says I reached my quota. What in the world is that supposed to mean? Don’t buy don’t waste your money cause you won’t get it back cause nobody’s going to reply to you. Waste of time waste of space.

I downloaded this to help me identify some seeds. It only had one star but I couldn't find another app to use. So I tried it. First of all, it’s only free to download. Once you open it, you are immediately given a page to buy a subscription. You can't click out to look through the app or anything. So I did the weekly 4 dollar subscription with a 3 day free trial. Thank goodness for the free trial! I took a photo of my seeds and it immediately told me I had exceeded my limit. I had just purchased a subscription, I had NEVER used the app before, and it told me I had exceeded my use limit. Thus I deleted the app, canceled the subscription, and am leaving this review. This is a useless scam. Don't even bother with this app. Run far far away!
