Security Bank App

The app works well for me. Since I am far from the Philippines, I opened a Security Bank account so I can easily access my funds and make my monthly mortgage payments. It provides easy access, and I can conveniently monitor all the money coming in and going out of my account. I hope that in the future, my mortgage loan details will also be available in the app so I can easily check my remaining mortgage balance.

Was able to sign up my account then I was on the pin part and it gave me an error message that cannot set it up because I need to turn on my notifications. My notification was turned on but it still gives me that error. I tried again, same error. I tried the 3rd time and my OTP arrived after 5mins and still did not work. Seriously, if you cannot make something work, please do not put it out there. Im fine signing in online on a website than getting a mobile app that gets me so frustrated just to check my account. And yes, I have screenshots because I will send an email complaint to customer service. I don't have high hopes that it gets fixed anytime soon.
