Boy, have I been missing out if this is an indication of the quality of the rest of this series. This is a great game. The bonus game is shorter, but just as good in quality. The Extras have extra hidden object scenes and puzzles! Plus you can go back to collect any collectible you missed. Oh, and the credits are also entertaining so don't forget to watch them!
Although I am not that interested in pirates, this still turned out to be a good game. After watching the tribute video and the credits, it seemed to me that EIPIX is planning on retiring the series. You could customize settings. The graphics were somber and not exactly stellar, but when you consider the theme they were still at times beautiful. I wish EIPIX would sharpen and brighten them up a bit. They were a bit hard on the eyes. There was an excellent teleport map, labeled if so chosen by difficulty settings. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. At each location you collect a ship inside a bottle, and at some there were treasure chests as well. Loading was instantaneous between locations. The HO scenes had variation and included morphing objects. You could opt to play match-3 instead. There was a wide variety of puzzles/games. A lot were rotational but there were some original ones too. At least inventory usage made sense in this game. It flowed well and was fun to play. The game was lengthy and had a decently long bonus adventure. Once again, I wish EIPIX would include a journal. The story wasn't hard to follow and objectives were regularly updated but if you don't play in one sitting it makes the nuances hard to follow. However this was a good solid game and I enjoyed playing it. I am eagerly anticipating any new series that EIPIX has awaiting us! Lynxie sends 💋❤😘 to the DTE!
Very well put together game! Only thing that I Would have liked was a journal. Other than that, very entertaining. Wonderful characters, interactive hidden object scenes. Morphing objects & some collectibles are always a plus. Graphics are simply gorgeous and one needs to pay attention to the many details in each. Teleporting map obtained early on in the game. In my opinion this is one of the Best of this series! I would highly recommend you buy it & play it for yourself. A lot of work went into the making of this and it is very enjoyable. A big thanks to Big Fish & let's keep this kind of quality game coming. KdBoots
