School Writing – AU/NZ

For $8.99, this app doesn’t do much. It looks like it was developed by non teaching background people that don’t understand kids. It has all letter standards but lack anything to get the kids to use it. Words courses don’t record accuracy, no structure except some words. The only use of this app is to test your kids if they can trace letters, many free apps does much better job at this for free. The hardness settings are back to front. I doubt a grade 6 can pass the ‘infant’ level. It would serve better to go to the DET website and download the templates, print and get your kids to trace because that is all this app does.

Awesome app! Its very fun and just a cool app and it makes me smile 🙂 i like how you can put emojis in the profile name it is a bit challenging but thats fine. I also downloaded the keyboard. Using it right now! 💛💛💛💛

A lot of options and a well designed app. Except for the palm guard. My daughter’s palm tends to naturally rest to the right side of the number /letter main writing area and keeps accidentally marking the page which then triggers incorrect try again mode. A lot of writing apps these days let you specify the palm guard as either more to left, right or bottom on the writing to suit the writers palm placement. Just a suggestion. Otherwise keep up the good work.
