This app is good I like that the school keeps up with informing parents. What I don’t like is that my child has now left primary school and I am still getting notifications from them even though I have deleted that school.
Great app for keeping up to date with the schools. Only issue I have is it wont let me add a second school which isnt good for me when I have teo kids at different schools. I used to be able to have two schools on the app but the update isnt allowing me to add the second school I need. I am having to uninstall then reinstall to view the other school. Not very good during this pandemic when kids are not in school and we need to be kept up to date with important information regarding work, going back to school or anything else. Please can the developers fix this problem? I have emailed regarding this issue
As a family we are loving the school apps. They are a terrific idea and have made a huge difference with school correspondence. However there is a major fault!! It is not possible to have more than one primary school on your phone!! My husband, as management, brought this app to his school. We have heavily recommended it to our own children’s primary and secondary schools. Now we have realised we can’t actually download our own children’s school app as well as the school my husband works in. So we each have one on our phones but clearly this is not ideal. I know this is more of an issue with app stores that you can’t download the same app twice, but we quickly need to find a way around this for this app. We have just recommended this to schools, but can foresee this quickly becoming a major issue as most teachers would need to have their own school app as well as their children’s schools. We also know parents, who for various reasons, have children in more than one primary and/or secondary school. This often is the case for families with children with hearing/visual/or learning needs and more than one school app will be needed. Apart from this, we could not recommend this app highly enough. It will modernise school communication. As a member of a parent council I’ve seen the cost schools currently pay for sending texts so this will in the long run save the school money that could be spent on more needed things for our children. Now just to get this one issue ironed out!!
