The only thing worse than the cheap basic lock would be this app. There is little useful functionality - don’t expect it to operate consistently eg, passage mode set to enable daily at 10am and disable at 7pm. Instead I have days in a row when it doesn’t work and then it works. Sometimes the notifications work, sometimes they don’t. I wish my builder had used Yale instead - such a better user experience for the lock and app, plus Apple HomeKit compatibility that Schlage doesn’t support. You can’t even default the setting to not auto re-lock after opening without using the app’s unreliable passage mode.
App says I need a minimum of two letters, numbers, and symbols which I clearly have but insists I don't. Must be a bug. Not sure how I'm supposed to use my expensive lock if I can't even create an account. That's a bad sign for the rest of the "tech" behind this thing.
