Can’t log in to app

I had to reset my password. I reset it and then it won’t let me type the whole password. I go to the actual website via safari and it doesn’t let me type my whole phone number. I mean I’ve been on my phone 10 minutes just trying to see my account amount. The online desktop version let me in my account for about 2 minutes before it jumbled everything up craning it on the screen. I could see charts or usage. It’s just super annoying. And this is on an iphone13. Idk if it’s the phone or the app or what but it’s super frustrating!
