Scale For Grams: Digital Scale

I had some gold I wanted to sell because of my current financial difficulties and I saw this app here on App Store and wanted to give it a try. This is NOT real scale, all they do is just take a photo of your gold and estimate it based on some random AI. Just use your ChatGPT, you don’t need this app. But that’s not even the problem. This app asks you to pay BEFORE you even see what’s inside. I was tricked into making the subscription because there was no option to just use it for free, then I saw the HIDE close button on the screen with payments. I don’t understand how is this even possible with Apple, I’m reporting this app now and also will do chargeback with my bank. The estimations provided by the app is just a joke, it doesn’t even come close to what the actual weight is

I tried multiple times with different objects never worked

I accidentally downloaded this app and I’m assuming they started my subscription or maybe my subscription starter when I downloaded the app I don’t even know🙄I deleted the app assuming everything was deleted when I deleted the app that wasn’t the case And now they are trying to charge me $32 for a app that I didn’t even have on my phone pass two days didn’t even use it but still I’m being charge $32. Been trying to contact yall for the last week. With no type of communication. I have sent numerous emails about this charge on my Apple account. Only for y’all to not reply or email me back considering the fact everywhere on their website even right here it says reply back or email you back in 24 hours. That’s a lie. So once again, can somebody email me back and let me know who do I need to be talking to about getting my refund or better yet get my $32 back on my debit card or take this pending charge off of my card🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤬🤬🤬🤬
