Saunders Comp Review NCLEX RN

Overall the app is very helpful in helping me to understand the strategy of each question and how to tackle the question. The answers for the questions are explained and for the most part helpful. There has been one question I caught that had the wrong answer but the explanation was correct. I do sometimes doubt the answers but I just make sure to compare against the nursing notes I have from nursing school. I tried to look to see how to report the error, but I have yet to figure it out. Otherwise, Good Luck to all who take the NCLEX!! P.S. The NCLEX site recommended Saunders and I chose this one. I will let you know if I pass.

I bought the comprehensive app, and the q&A app for both Saunders- rn. I had noticed some errors when the answers were provided, as they didn’t match up with the rationale. the rationale is correct, but doesn’t match the answer given. I bought the q&A paperback book, and I noticed that the answers on the actual book are correct and match the rationale. Make sure you double check your answer with the rationales because the answers don’t match. I emailed customer service, but I found at least 9 or 10 answer errors just on chapter 4. Hopefully they fix this.

Did not know how to break down NCLEX questions… Now that I have a good basis on knowledge… my need to apply it into NCLEX categories changed further than I thought… This app is different because it’s on the go! …It breaks down each and every question not only with a rational like other NCLEX question banks… but also it also separates them into the NCLEX categories which is what I needed from an app! I loved this review book! To have it as an app is even better!!! Thank You! Here’s to earning this RN!
