This company is terrible. No customer service at all. App does not work properly and there is no way of contacting them.

App wonโ€™t complete setup

Installed thermostat, downloaded app on iPhone , Thermostat voice says Iโ€™m connected to thermostat, pick my network from list enter password.but will not show connected to my 2.4 network.The thermostat shows up on my router list as connected to my 2.4 network. App wonโ€™t complete setup so I can connect to our Alexa. Tried reinstalling app, power cycling thermostat but nothing works Returning thermostat.
