Recently I have used the report an absence portion of this app, and it didn’t go through, unbeknownst to me. I had to resubmit absences later. The signature line on the absence portion is also not working well. The whole screen toggles up and down when trying to sign my name. These seem to be new issues as I’ve never had these problems before. Otherwise, great app and very helpful.
The grade portion is never right. Parents have reported this but it never changes. It's been this way for 3 years. Also, if you change your notification settings, nothing changes. Pretty useless. Use the on line portal for grades and class info. The two are supposed to be synced but they're not and no one seems to care. Typical SJUSD
This app has a lot of grading bugs! I got a notice from the app that my kid got a 16% on an assignment when in fact on the online version of the parent connect it shows he really got 88%. The overall grades don't match with the online database. Cannot count on the accuracy of the info I am receiving. I'm disappointed!
