App is nice for time entries. Several bugs need worked. Occasional app problems, can't log in. App doesn't communicate with website as entries are made so when there are app problems there is no "saved progress" on the website version which would be nice.
Easily able access to my assignments for the day and putting time and materials against the work order. Can manage all functions for service related work in one app!
Not sure what I’m supposed to see here, but dispatch shows I have jobs assigned, the SFO website shows jobs assigned, yet this app shows nothing. Kind of a joke considering we paid for access to a program that doesn’t work and to pay for someone to troubleshoot as well.
