The app is a glitchy, unusable mess that crashes constantly, loses your booking info, and charges you PCN even after paying for the parking. Scammers hunt every day for daylight robbery. Their customer service is beyond garbage - it's practically non-existent. I called, emailed, and even sent messages through their broken app, appealed PCN, and got nothing but ridiculous penalty. No professionalism, no accountability, just loot. It's clear they don't care about customers; they're just scammers hiding behind a shoddy app, preying on desperate drivers. I'm convinced they're intentionally dodging appeals till last day to keep the cash they've looted. The app itself is a nightmare - confusing, outdated, and crashes while you're trying to pay. No transparency, no ethics, just pure greed. Saba Parking is a terrible company that deserves to be sued into oblivion and kicked out of the UK. They're scamming honest people with zero remorse. Avoid this trash at all costs - use literally any parking app. Save your money!

What an absolutely useless app this is! I have so many issues with it there are too many to list! I need to use this app daily to park at a train station to travel into work & many times the app hasn’t worked when I’ve parked & tried to pay, making me miss my train & I have to park elsewhere which also results in me missing my train. Sometimes it will randomly log me out & when I try to log back in, it says I don’t have an account linked to my email address, which obviously I do… then it won’t let me open a new account as it says I already have an account.... aarrrhh all this messing about when I need to just catch the train… I use other apps to park which are great.. but this Saba one is awful & unfortunately I have to use it to park where I need to which is really frustrating.

The new app was being heralded as the next best thing but is clunky end user experience - challenging to use as you home in on your location but that doesn’t seem to work. I have uploaded card details more than once. It seems to take ages to load - the old app whilst not fantastic had the key essentials like making paying for parking a simple this new experience feels more involved and seems to require more clicks than the old one. Given most car parks are often served by poor phone signal the app has to be able to work just as well in those areas as 5 full bars on 5G. Hopefully this improves it gets back to the experience of the previous app.
