This service is not what it aims to be. It may be a good idea and they may be well-intentioned, but they are not ready for prime time and are extremely poor at execution. They are always claiming that improvement is just around the corner, but cannot keep their commitments or promises. The final straw for me was when they left a child at school and I had to beg anyone to contact me. I was promised follow up and a credit, neither of which ever came. So I will never use this service again, and advise everyone else to avoid it.
