I am using this app give me a lot of bogus information and an incorrect. I have so many tickets are called fines because App Here you cannot fight ticket cell phone, candy camera man walking around all day doesn’t care you stuck your phone the app not giving you the meter number and these people will give you a ticket and you cannot fight. It’s like scam. This I feel.

Did not get OTP send to me immediately after registration (using US phone number).Though it worked next day, just so I could waste more time and find that none of the payment options work, unless you have local credit card. Customer support was awful - starting from not introducing themselves to telling me that Apple Pay only works with local credit card numbers (ok what about Apple Cash balance? - that also didn’t work). Long story short - don’t waste your time if you have international credit cards only

Many a time while doing transaction on the app I’m seeing the error message” this transaction could not be completed since the server was not reachable” this means now I’ve to walk to a paying station to pay parking etc. Even to top -up the parking same error message caused me to repeat the top up multiple times, to see that process actually did complete but I’ve been debuted same amount multiple times. The process for refund needs letter from DSG for transaction and from teleco ( what’s the role of telco) when I paid on an app?? Seriously revamp your refund process and also get quickly to remove the bugs in your program.
