The app used to be okay, but now with the new update, you aren’t able to see others schedules. Now we have to use a groupchat to ask and see who can switch or cover shifts. Also, can’t see a full calendar view like before, just weekly schedule. They need to do better

Not user friendly and does not allow at a glance feature that the previous version had.

My staff cannot see their shifts if they are scheduled as a double. I cannot change weeks to see the next schedule. , the staff cannot now only see their own schedule and not the whole to see if anyone else is available for swaps. Added all these bells and whistles and toon away what was actually useful
