Doesn't give accurate times the bus I take is stuck at just 4:13 pm and it definitely has more stops than that. Only thing app is good for is getting tickets at this point. Please fix it it's been months 😭

This app “used” to give you somewhat accurate information. Now, it tells me to walk 1.5 miles PAST the Queen Street station, and ride the bus for a block in the wrong direction. Then walk the rest of the way to my destination. Meanwhile, I can look in the paper guide and see that if I walk to the Queen Street Station (3 blocks from me) I can pick up a bus that drops me off at my destination’s front door. It tells me that busses are running at 2am which they don’t. This app is fully useless except for tickets.

Wow this entire app and the bus station itself is soo horrible now ever since you changed the bus schedule. I use to be able to catch a bus on time. And they never show up. It’ll keep saying there’s this bus coming at this time never shows up end up waiting for a bus for over a half an hour every single day now at the king st and PNC Bank stop towards queen street station. And the website claims that this new bus shedule is suppose to help everyone catch bus more easily and more often that isn’t at all true. The app is soo messed up and full of bugs now. It’ll say buses are coming at hours when I know they are already closed or haven’t opened up yet. And i know it’s wrong also because it’ll say the bus is coming to this stop and going to queen street station however it tells me I have to walk for 14 minutes to get to the bus stop and that I have to walk 17 minutes after I get off the bus… that’s the entire walk from my house to that area around d queen street station without ever getting on a bus to begin with. it constantly says buses are coming ten minutes apart so I can never tell which time it’s arriving and I’m constantly late for work now. I’ve also had to pay way to much money for each trip because the office at queen street station is under construction and I was told by a bus driver that that’s the only place to buy month long passes. That’s they heard of people buying them online but that they weren’t sure if that’s really a thing. I’m speaking to a girl on the bus right now and she said she had to wait over an hour for the 17 bus.. like what’s really going on here?!?
