This job should be illegal the way they treat their workers and this app that treats 10 minute stops as 1 minute stop is also illegal it encourages people to speed and not respect traffic laws

After MANY updates since launching the app, there are still a lot of challenges with this app. 1. GEO points MUST be fixed and manifests need to be completed differently especially for rural areas. 2. Drivers need to have the ability to edit a completed task that may have been pushed through too soon or if changes need to be made to that task by the driver such as add different photos or notes (even for a short time to have ability to edit the completed task, it would give driver a time to fix anything rather than wait for 10-15 minutes or more for the warehouse to push back the task for us to add photos or changes) 3. Drivers would appreciate the option to attach photos directly from my phone or gallery. This would make it much easier to complete deliveries, especially in apartment complexes. 4. Stop listing different houses under the same task, this is causing errors in deliveries due to main house and basement apartments under the same task. Or tasks with the same geo point but completely different streets/areas 5. Constant connection issues causing problems while on the road 6. When getting a transfer of packages, all tasks show as stop “0”, so no way to know how many stops the driver has left. Also, for stops with multiple package you have to spend a lot more time taking photos because they are listed as individual stops and we cannot upload photos from our devices instead anymore like on the old app. This app has the potential to be so much better with these fixes!
