I like the app. Select the tone that sounds/feels best, set the intervals for the reminder chime and then go on about your day. Pause when you hear the chime and enjoy the moment. It would be better if it was continuous from day to day. Currently you have to start the program every day. An option for less than 15 minutes would be handy at times. Sometimes in meditation a 1 minute chime is valuable.

I like the simplicity of this app. Having reminders is great as its easy to slide into the normal mental whirl of daily life. I'd give it more stars if i could edit it to in include my own message in the reminders
