Easy to use. But with some bugs. For example I can view my fines but I can not select them to pay.!!

After the new update while I need to insert my ID number , the key number 2 doesn’t appear , like it doesn’t exists , needs to be fixed

The positive: 1. You can view and pay your traffic fines. The negative: 1. The app design is really not that good. It does not look professional. I believe that a hobbyist in his free time can do a much better job than this. 2. It lacks the features that would make people want to use the app. 3. Subscribing for alerts should be free, you should be encouraging us to pay our traffic fines and renew our cards on time. What should be improved/added: 1. We should have a profile that we use to login once. 2. The profile should have our updated contact info. 3. We should receive updates/alerts as soon as a traffic offense is registered using our preferred contact method.(For free) 4. A history of our traffic offenses and how much we spent so that we remember to think before speeding again. 5. Daily/weekly notifications about traffic safety. 6. And so much more. I believe that the app could include many more features that would benefit the users, and I really hope something is done to improve it greatly.
