I went back and forth with Tiffany 10 times and always ended up saying you couldn’t do anything. Worst customer service EVER.

I have a lot of minerals that are comprised of many different crystals and it confuses the program and some stuff. It has no idea what it is and I’m pretty sure I know what they are but it gives like basic information as a this is it this is it this Asking me

Hi, I would rate it 5 stars if there we’re not too many subscriptions and it would help me find some other minerals but besides that it’s pretty good
