Updated app now works
Like many, when I updated app, it didn’t work. I accidentally got it working and here’s what I did. I already have an online account with Roanoke EMC. I had to reset the password to get into that account. Seems resetting p/w is the go to answer for all issues electronic. So I took my account number and updated p/w and plugged in that info into this app and to my surprise, the app worked. Try this and see if it works for you!

Update App Fix
I was having the same trouble as everyone else in the feed. I deleted the app and downloaded again and was able to sign in and make a payment.

App does not work
You click the ok it takes you back to and back to the screen you click okay and back to the previous screen. Why did y’all do this nothing was wrong with the other site .
