Honestly this is one of those grandiose ideas that was thought up to help public feel "empowered" and that the city is really working for you when in reality it's the exact opposite. Pothole reported over a month ago still hasn't been attended to, tried following up with COCT who don't recognise the reference number and tell me to download the COCT app (no kidding) and report it on there. This begs the question is this app even necessary then since there's no way to follow up or escelate complaints? COCT doesn't recognise is so then who do we complain to? More wasteful expenditure while the DA slowly loses it's grip on Cape Town. Things used to be fixed the same day but as of late it takes months if it even gets attended to.

This is great, it’s an amazing initiative to empower the public to report infrastructure defects. Looking forward to the new features to be added to the application. It would be especially great if it can integrate with the municipalities’ systems to provide updates on progress across the entire province.

Slick and robust app that serves the people! So proud to be in a province where systems like this is put in place for accountability and progress!
