I like the changes you have made recently. The application is easier to navigate and user friendly.
This app doesn’t work I can’t even open the app without it crashing or getting an infinite load screen. It never gets updated. Oh wait I’m sorry it got updated 3 weeks for the first time in 2 years. Like come on it’s a terrible app and this bank should fire whoever created this app it’s navigation through the app doesn’t work well. Notifications at least usually work but that’s it. I rather create a shortcut if the website instead of this app. When it works it’s cool I guess but it just doesn’t work I’ve had a glitches where it moves the same amount of number of money to my checking from savings when I only wanted to do it once and then I get fined. And then the bank has the audacity to tell me the app doesn’t do that and it’s my fault and talk to me like the app isn’t trash. It’s honestly not fair it needs to be updated more than once every few years. I’ll honestly find a needle in a haystack faster then this app gets updated. I don’t recommend this app🤦🏾♀️
I like working with a local bank where the people answer my calls and care about their customers. The app supports mobile check deposit, and works fine for a checking account or savings account. The bank takes security very seriously, and sometimes this requires calls to customer service, but they can usually solve any issues pretty quickly.
