Right Medicine

The last two times I’ve gone to reorder my prescription the app has updated itself and I need to sign in again but for some reason unlike all the other apps I have the password isn’t stored on my phone. Worse still - I once ordered two packs of my prescription drug instead of one and now it keeps trying to make me order double what I need - just as well it’s not something very expensive or dangerous if over used

Have tried to contact App support previously but nil response, I moved addresses to another area and different pharmacy. My current address is not default and I wish to remove previous home address. Please assist!

I’ve been attending the Pharmacy for many years and just thought I’d take the chance to put my thoughts out there . I can honestly say in all those years the staff have been fantastic and nothing has been a bother for them. Can I just say that especially now when it seems there more busy than ever before that level of helpfulness and care has never dropped. Watching from afar some customers just take it as “that’s their job “ kind of attitude but for me I’ll be forever grateful for what they do not only for me but for the community. Imagine , just imagine if that service and how they treat us wasn’t there. Many thanks. James
