Firstly, your explanation about pricing differences being a “normal business practice” does not assist customers who feel misled by inconsistent information between the app, website, and physical stores. The issue is not legality—it's transparency and user trust. If customers see one price online and a different one in-store without clear indication or explanation, it leads to confusion and frustration. Secondly, you did not address the more pressing issue I raised: the lack of an English language option in the app in 2025. This is a significant accessibility problem for non-native speakers and international customers. Many global apps offer multiple language options as a standard, and not doing so limits your user base and hurts the customer experience. I hope your team considers these points more seriously and works toward real improvements rather than just offering generic policy responses. To the Developer Response Yes, prices in the Reserved online store may differ from those in physical stores. This is normal business practice and is legal. Differences may apply to regular prices, limited- time promotions, and sale periods. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions.
I absolutely love Reserved as a brand—the style, quality, and shopping experience are always top-notch! However, as a foreigner living in Poland, using the app can be a bit challenging without an English language option. Having an English version would make the app much more accessible for international customers like me. It’s clear that Reserved has a global presence, so adding English support would enhance usability for many loyal shoppers who love the brand but struggle with the language barrier. Please consider this update—thank you for a great app and brand!
Very easy to use, I love the fact I can add things to „favorites” and ask to be notified if my size becomes available. The only thing missing is rating of the clothes or other items by costumers. Would be useful to know if someone else liked the product or if the sizing is standard etc.
