After reading lean gains it was nice to come across this app that does all the math for me and tells me what plates to put on. It would be nice if I could change the workout days by switching A and B day. It would also be nice if the warm up sets had a timer
10/10. Easy to use for leangains programming. An additional feature I would like to see in the future is to be able to adjust the incremental weight formula. Only because some exercises like pull ups on the machine where you offload your weight, is inverse to the way the math works here. A small inconvenience that I work around with just writing a note of what percentage of my body weight I offloaded. Overall the app is a 10/10 experience. Downloaded it and don’t look back.
Easy to use. Workouts can be modified. The statistics function is helpful. First week using so I don’t know if it adjusts your weights and reps for the following week, because that would be very effective. I’m not sure it drops the weight by the correct percentage, but I’m still learning about RPT.
RePT is a minimalistic app for logging your progress in the gym. It was mainly built upon a Reverse Pyramid Training routine written by Martin Berkhan...
