Good idea horrible execution
It seems as though Rentbrella is purposely not letting people return the umbrellas to try and sneak a $20 fee from them. Yes when you go to return your umbrella, the machine will constantly say there’s some kind of error and there’s nobody you can reach on the help side to help you out. DO NOT rent from umbrella. They will scam you out of 20 bucks.

Umbrella is sturdy and in good condition
I was having trouble entering a payment method (trying to use PayPal) and a technician happened to come by. He unlocked the umbrella for free! Very kind!
