All functionality is behind a subscription. This is not clear. Also setup is not easy - you need to really dig around to figure it out. At least one “FAQ” document goes to a page in Russian even though the app is English. There are poor translations as well.

Read my comment-it worked for me
My experience with this App is that it works. Before you write a negative review make certain you persisted in getting ALL of its features engaged and working. My initial attempt to employ it was partially unsuccessful. I was not happy but I kept working in the App, following directions. Low and behold since all features were activated I have not received a single spam/scam call. I typically get at least two such calls a day except Sundays. I’ve tried “pressing 1 to be put on our ‘do not call list’” and the federal government’s Do not Call List. Doesn’t work. My testimony is true. This app works.
