I was searching for self care materials that aren’t just by white women for white women. I work with a lot of young men who feel like these things aren’t for them. I downloaded the apps and am so impressed by the features and information available. I was discouraged, however, to see that the app seems to be largely abandoned with no recent activity or updates. I would love to see this app realize it’s full potential. One of the best I’ve seen for this purpose (I tend to go through a lot of these looking for things that will resonate with my clients)
After using the app inside and out and seeing how it helps me keep myself in check I recommend it for anyone.
It’s Expressive, eloquent, easy to navigate through and it’s helped me bring a little order to my personal life. Very much worth downloading. Can’t wait to see what’s next for this app!
