The ReeceNichols home search app is the ONLY way my husband and I looked for houses when we were searching. It’s easy to use, and shows almost all the areas of KS and MO! I love that I can connect my app to my agent and contact them easily without leaving the app!
I’m missing a way to display Ranch home’s only also, I can’t see what I am typing right now. If I select one story homes everything disappears.
I look at homes a lot so have been able to see this app’s performance over several years. Sometimes there are bugs that last a few days. Also it doesn’t show number of days on the market, as Zillow does. Also it’s hard to figure out who the listing agent is. The app provides the name of the listing broker’s office but users have to find that brokerage office’s web page and search for the listing there to find the listing agent.
ReeceNichols is Kansas City's #1 real estate resource, and now you can access the power of cutting edge technology on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch....
