I’ve used this app for years to submit 311 requests and to check the status of requests I’ve submitted. Easy to use, and you can include pictures. Available 24 hours a day. When I’m not sure of category, I do the best I can.
I have used the RedStick311 app to report missed garbage pick up, missed recycle, missed bulk trash, a street sign in my neighborhood that had been completely bleached out white and rendered the white lettering completely illegible, and street lamps in my neighborhood that were out. Every single issue has been addressed promptly! You get email confirmation when the issue is submitted, and updates when the issue is addressed and completed. I am very impressed with the effectiveness of the RedStick311 app. Thank you!!
