Recycle 101

App was working great, but now for whatever reason there’s no information about anything being displayed.

Castella has been picking up trash in my community in Maryland since 2023, but the app has apparently not been updated to include my area - so no features are working. (No recognized address means the app stops working) When I try to submit my problem report via the app, it tells me it does not recognize my phone number as valid - and will not accept my “address not found” problem report.

App Wizard feature allows me to input items I want to throw out and then app tells me wether I should put it into the blue recycling bin, or the green trash bin. The app also sends me a notification that reminds me to put trash bins out the night before next day pickup. Very helpful.
