Super helpful and easy to use
As an out of state real estate investor, finding the right tools to analyze and narrow down potential properties from a distance is absolutely essential and the Elevate REI app has been a game changer for my and my business. The app is incredibly user friendly making it easy to filter and evaluate deals. What I love most is how quickly I can run numbers and compare different investment opportunities. Smooth interface and tons of information on properties
Love how smooth the interface is and the ease to guide through each available listing. Amazing that just from the thumbnail you can see the cashflow possibilities of every property. First app I’ve used that has that feature. Definitely using this to find more rentals for my portfolio.
