1 star because Logo looks like it was designed by a kid UI looks 10 years old UI is slow App doesn’t use caching or placeholders appropriately App is designed as a super app, but really there are no other apps so it’s just a bad UI. You don’t need another button to see the operating hours. Just show today’s operating hours, and then make it clickable if people want to see different days Why the same logo on the route page? It doesn’t make sense

it keep on showing 4-8 minutes of pick-up estimation but it always drag up to 34 minutes! Why wasting time ?? I wouldnt even bother to book a ride if it was shown as 30 minutes ! Thats no different waiting for bus which they claim are more efficient than waiting for the bus ! Stupid !
