Download this app and set up a sponsor (anyone) it can be anyone who you want to show that you’re trying to quit. (Ive promised many people I was going to quit) but jump right back to it. This feature will send them email when trying to deactivate the app. One of the best things that helped the urges go away. “One Day at a Time”

Literally a life saver, I was skeptical about trying this but it legit blocks all gambling related sites (including sweepstake casinos and sports betting). And they have a feature you can toggle to prevent app deletion AND to make it impossible to turn off the software. Super useful for those actually struggling. Get the app, seriously

I was always very skeptical about using these gambling “blockers” on my phone or computer because they never seem to work or if they do they are easy to remove and sadly my addiction far outweighed my willpower. This is the first app I have tried that has deletion prevention that actually works. On top of that, the “panic button” is SUCH a great feature for the moments where I’m feeling weak. This app is worth SO MUCH more than what I costs and I am so truly grateful that it came into my life.
