First of all, I’m a senior citizen who appreciates all the help I can get! I believe this is an excellent program which probably meets all of my needs. I successfully use the program on my iPad but I want to share it on my wife’s iPad so that she can continue to use it if I’m not available! When I click on “share” she is not one of the names that appear to share with. How can I share this program with her? Do we need to pay an additional subscription fee? Are there any instructions available to help me share this information with her?
I absolutely LOVE this app!! It is the only one I use to keep track of finances. I’ve used this app for years and gladly paid the one-time fee as it was well worth it. However, it now appears that that isn’t enough for the developer. I understand needing to change your business model, but it feels very disloyal to those customers who have been with you for years and helped you build up the app to now require us to pay a subscription. A subscription for new customers would be fine, but long-term customers should be grandfathered in and exempt from the new payment model. Beware: if the developer can make such a change and bait and switch the old customers, they’ll do it again. What’s going to be the next change in their business model? My trust has been broken and it’s a real shame cuz it was a really good app.
I’ve used several top-rated check register apps over the years, but I eventually encountered issues with each of them. In every instance, customer support simply was never provided to fix or even offered to fix anything. I purchased this app after carefully studying reviews and the app’s features. So far, so good. I like this app’s layout, intuitive options, and the fact that it appears to be stable. I haven’t figured out how to back it up yet, but I’m working on it. Attn. Customer Service: Create a tip jar and try to provide customer support. Apps, like this one, are cheap! I’d gladly pay more for an app like this and generously tip for good customer support.
